About

The Project on Canada’s Human Rights Commitments is a web-based  educational resource, a database of Canada’s international commitments regarding the major international human rights and humanitarian law treaties and other instruments.

Led by the World Federalist Movement – Canada with the Canadian Commission for UNESCO and the Canadian Human Rights Commission as partners, the project’s website offers Canadians an accessible, all-in-one-place presentation, in English and French, of the body of international human rights and humanitarian instruments, as well as up to date information regarding the extent of Canadian participation respecting these instruments.
